Crystal Windows is a family run company, employing fully qualified staff committed to customer satisfaction. We offer a multi lingual service and have representatives who speak English, Spanish, German, French and Dutch.
We cover the Costa Blanca area from Valencia to Torrevieja including Denia, Javea, Moraira, Calpe, Altea, Benidorm and inland. Our factory and showroom are situated on the industrial estate “”Les Galgues”” in Pedreguer, near Denia just off the N332 (this estate is where the Pedreguer Sunday rastro is held). Our ample premises incorporate over 1000 m² of factory and showroom. Our production team employ the latest computerised machinery enabling us to efficiently manufacture precision – new and replacement windows and doors, roller shutters, mosquito nets, double glazing etc.
As a company we strive to give a wide range of choice in designs and products to our customers. All our products and working models are on display at our factory showroom. Our representatives are happy to bring samples/models to your home allowing you to choose the most suitable product at your leisure. We have had many years experience fabricating and installing in Spain.
The expertise we have gained during these years enables us to advise you on the most suitable product for your needs taking into consideration conditions particular to Spain i.e: weather, conditions, and changes in temperature, ventilation, security and ease of use. Once a customer has chosen a system, we visit their home to survey the installation. An appointment is made and the customer is consulted during the survey to ensure all details are fully explained and the customer is fully aware of how the installation will function. All products are tailor-made which involves the use of templates for arches and if a builder is involved our surveyer will liaise with him.
At survey of installation our delivery date is confirmed. Installation dates are arranged to suit customers schedules. If a customer is not resident in Spain we take all the necessary contacts including UK telephone numbers, e-mail address and, when necessary, key-holders details. We install on time, cleanly, efficiently and politely – “We are guests in your home”.
On completion of works our qualified fitters show you around a clean tidy job, demonstrate how everything works and ensure you are completely satisfied.
