As Customer Services Manager it’s been necessary to learn a little bit about everything that happens at Telitec. My team deals with all the general enquiries from our existing customers, help with invoices, payments, relocating of services, changes to their packages and much more together with providing a reception service for our new customers. It’s a demanding job –but never boring!
To my shame after living here for many years I’ve totally failed to master the language and remain an English only speaker … although I can order a glass of wine in perfect Spanish.
Hobbies:
Away from work I love reading and crafts in general. I recently wrote my own book which is available on Amazon Kindle. The story is about a woman who wins 15 million pounds on the lottery -but sadly it wasn’t based on a true experience!
Likes:
I love living in this area of Spain, we have everything, sea, mountains and good weather and while I miss the shopping in the UK I’m always glad to be back in Moraira.
Dis-likes
My major dislike are the mosquitoes which have plagued me this summer, people who try and sell sunglasses when it’s dark and the fact that in summer no matter how much ice you put in your wine it doesn’t stay cold longer than 30 seconds.
