From 15th June, our mobile users will enjoy lowered roaming charges when they use their mobiles outside of Spain.
Any data, calls and texts made in Zone 1* will be priced exactly the same as your normal phone usage. This makes it much cheaper for users – for example, a customer who currently consumes data in Roaming Zone 1 at a price of 8 cent / MB, will now pay the same as if the phone was still in Spain (3 cent / MB.)
The switch in rates is very simple – any charges, bonuses, and rates will be priced as though the user is still in Spain, without special charges for roaming.
The changes will affect all users, new and existing customers, starting on the 15th June. This applies only to visitors and travellers – anyone making a permanent move abroad would not be eligible for the new roaming rates.
